Multi-channel temperature controllers DPT20 - DPT45

The multiple controllers of the DPT series offer extensive functions for the safe control of complex hot runner systems.

  • Each heating circuit has a max. load of 3500 W (16A fuses).
  • Selection key for each zone simplifies operation.
  • Simple pin assignment by 24-pin HAN-ES plugs (with spring-loaded terminals, no special tools like crimping pliers required).
  • Pin assignment for 16-pinHAN-ES plug optionally available (8 zones on one plug).
  • Main switch on front panel.
  • ON/OFF switch for tool heating.
  • Timer function of the heaters allows automatic, time-controlled heating of the tool.
  • Compact size, modern housing design.
  • The zone selection keys considerably simplify the operation of the DPT20 controller.
  • There is a zone selection key under every zone number.
  • Individual or several zones are selected by pressing the selection key and the LCD display immediately changes to the set point input of the corresponding zone.
  • After a zone is selected, the set point can be changed immediately with the UP or DOWN keys.
  • If two keys are pressed in rapid succession, the entire block of zones between the two keys is selected. Changes of set points effect all zones.
  • In this way, the temperatures of all zones, all nozzles, all manifolds or individual nozzle groups can be set quickly and easily.

This new development especially for the operation of multiple tools with a high number of cavities offer a comprehensive range of functions:

  1. Expandable from 40 up to 150 control circuits (in steps of 5), the LCD touch-screen display guarantees the simplest operation for highly complex tools.
  2. The control is executed by means of a Windows software.
  3. Graphic tool display with freely moveable display fields.
  4. Full-text error messages.
  5. Log files for monitoring errors and status.
  6. Possibility of managing two tools separately.
  7. Print function for temperature records.
  8. Various remote maintenance possibilities via standard PC interfaces.

Controller eValve-4

The controller „eValve-4“ is able to control up to four bistable electromagnets, which are used for nozzles with needle valve. The electrical lift magnets generate a mechanical lift of 10 mm. The two end position are fixed with permanent magnets. Electric power is only used for changing the position of the magnetic fixed lifting cylinder.
