Scope of service:
The service covers the complete seminar documentation as well as lunch and beverages. It does not include the costs of overnight accommodation.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the seminar. Otherwise there is a processing charge of 120.- EUR. With your signature you declare that you agree to the aforesaid cancellation terms. Once we receive your registration, we shall send you confirmation of your registration and directions on how to travel to the seminar.
