SMHT/DMHT Multi-Nozzle Line
With the SMHT/DMHT nozzle line GÜNTHER Hot-Runner Technology has developed a series which gives you the ideal scope in designing your hot-runner systems. The nozzle series is perfect for the multi-tip gating of small parts and that with close cavity spacing. No matter how high the requirements are in terms of gate position, tear-off quality and shot weight, the SMHT/DMHT nozzle line proves to be flexible and extremely adaptable to complex demands.
Another advantage for your applications: the temperature of each tip on the SMHT/DMHT nozzles can be regulated separately. The injection is direct and is also suitable for the internal injection of moulded parts.
The nozzles allow a gentle flow of melt and permit the use of compact multi-cavity moulds with close cavity spacing.

Hot-runner nozzle with the OMT type is designed for the direct side gating of articles in compact, multi-cavity moulds. They allow a cost-effective mould construction, with undivided insert. The OMT type can be used with a heated adaptor as a single nozzle.

Electromagnet Type ME 10/UV75

Slim nozzles for mounting from the front – the TT line
With the TT line, GÜNTHER Hot-Runner Technology has developed a series of nozzles which is especially well adapted to user requirements. The compact structure of the nozzles allows for multi-cavity moulds with tight pitch distances starting at 28 mm. The slim nozzles for convenient mounting from the front can be changed on the machine when necessary and so there is no need to take the mould off the machine. This saves time and therefore saves money for you.

Hot-Runner Technology. A new type of truck side lights consists of three different plastic materials and inserts. It is injection molded in a single-stage process. In making up the concept for the complex hot-runner system, designers had to deal with two obstacles: it had to pay account for the vast differences in temperatures between mold and material, and place the required number of eight needle valve nozzles within a restricted space, while adhering to the exacting tolerances.
